Mayor Hopes to Minimize City Job Cuts
After saying the city could face as many as 100 jobs cuts because
of the looming budget deficit, the mayor says that number will more
likely be somewhere between 50 to 70 reductions....

Odaffer, Neal take jobs at Carl Junction
Ryan Odaffer and Brad Neal have accepted offers to become head
basketball coaches at Carl Junction High School. Odaffer, who will
coach the boys, and Neal, the new girls coach, will have their
hirings officially approved at the board of education meeting on
Monday night....
