Co.
SOUTHAMPTON COUNTY -- A new wood pellet mill is expected to provide
a boost for the Southampton County economy. Enviva Pellets
Courtland is planning to invest $75 million to build the plant.

Nearly 100 lose jobs as Concord trucking company
closes
CONCORD, N.C. -- The big rigs of Terminal Trucking pulled into
company headquarters Wednesday just off Route 49 in Concord, but
they pulled in and parked in the lot probably for the last time.
Founded in 1943, Terminal Trucking is closing its doors—another
