Truck Driving Schools

If you're new to the trucking industry, the first thing you're going to want to do is get your CDL License ( commercial driving license ).  The test involves both a written and a driving exam.  First thing you will need to do to become a truck driver is to head down to your local state trooper or driving center.  There you will be able to pick up the booklet for the written test to review the questions and procedures used in trucking.  The written test costs anywhere from $5-15 depending on where your live.  Once you are done you will either take your test through a driving school or an employer ( more than likely a driving school).  Then you will bring the results of your driving test to the state center.   You are now a truck driver.
